The m does not produce hp. Torque figures are wrong as well. Also there are different versions available of all three engines so the comparisons are wrong as well. S63 hp, rpm are wrong. M hp, torque and rpm are wrong. S63 is available with metric hp. M is available with metric hp.
M also produces most torque of the three. So his comparison and conclusion are wrong. And so on. Sorry Horatiu but the others are right. Not sure why you of all people got those numbers wrong.? But there is absolutely no version of the m that only produces hp. As is the torque value. Suggest you do homework on your specs and conclusions.
M was dynoed over hp at the wheels by Motortrend see youtube more than S63TU competition. The E63s consistently beats M5 and matches with Audi. And engine is not old. Interesting - which timing chain was replaced? I didn't know that timing chains were a problem area with the M - first time I've read about it. Is there a TIPS case? I have had a tensioner replaced, but no other issues.

Whether the car is in our out of warranty, that is completely unacceptable. For MB to wash their hands of a customer and refuse a goodwill claim in unacceptable. This is so far below the expected service life of these components that there is a design or material defect that should be fixed by them. I'd go straight to MBUK, and consumer rights if that didn't get you anywhere.
